Community Reviews
Wonderful place for our parents!
reviewed on: 12/09/2020 by Debra ArnoldEmerald Bay offers a lot of activities for the residents to do, and we like that our parents feel safe at this community. If anything happens to them, the community calls us immediately to update us. The rooms are very good, and our parents really like the food.
A Joyful Tour
reviewed on: 01/13/2017 by AnonymousFor the tour I scheduled the staff were on time and ready to go. It was a fine community and the staff I meet with were nice. We found that we liked another community better.
Simply Awesome
reviewed on: 06/07/2019 by Rob AikinsOur mom was in the Memory Care unit. The care, patience and affection from the staff was beyond belief. The facility has a warm and inviting atmosphere with lots of wood and a craftsman style design. Mom’s room was always clean and neat and she always seemed happy to see any of the caregivers when they came into the room. A plus is cost certainty in that you lock in a rate structure at the beginning and don’t have to worry about being nickeled and dimed. Care cost may increase with needs, but you know what they’ll be going in. I cannot recommend them more highly.
Nice place, overall!
reviewed on: 11/19/2014 by AnonymousThis is just a very nice place overall, I'd give them top marks across the board! The staff are all wonderful! They're very friendly and they seem to take great care of the people that live here! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they have a good variety of activities to keep the residents engaged and entertained.
