Knowledgeable Tour Guide!!
reviewed on: 09/26/2016 by AnonymousThe guide that took me on tour was very nice and answered all of my questions. The Carrington Assisted Living is a pet friendly community. They have stretching, cooking, and gardening activities. The staff met along the tour were friendly and communicated well. My tour was good i received great information about the community and their services.

We do know they had all kinds of activities, and the rooms were like being at home. Our loved one had her bed and own bathroom, she also had a TV and her own chair. She also had bird feeders outside the windows, and they let us decorate with pictures. Carrington community was so good to our loved one, it felt like a home we could come and go as we pleased.

The staff was not only friendly but seemed like they cared about the people who lived there. They went out of their way to answer all of our questions and never once did we feel any pressure placed on us at all. The room that my father-in-law is in is very roomy compared to other places we had looked at. Since we have been here for awhile, I can tell you that we are very happy that we picked this place. It has been above our expectations and we are very grateful to the entire staff!

Her room is great she has moved some of her furniture, plants, and pictures in so it has started to feel more like home to her. She is starting to take part in the activities and the staff has done a great job at encouraging her as well. It is such a comfort to me knowing that my mother is happy here and I would definitely recommend taking a tour of this great community.
