Very Good
reviewed on: 09/21/2021 by anonymousThe people are very friendly and kind. They're helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have everything that you need. The facility is very nice, and her apartment is very nice. We're still getting a feel for everything, but the food is good, and it looks like they have a lot of activities.

my gratitude to The Hidenwood
reviewed on: 09/02/2020 by Debbie BerryDear David, I wanted to take this time to express my gratitude to The Hidenwood and all your wonderful staff for the care you have taken of my parents over these past many months. Your commitment to a quality life for your residents, even during the immense challenges of the COVID-19 crisis, has been nothing short of phenomenal. As you are aware, both of my parents have been residents during this time. With the declining health and subsequent passing of my dad, our whole family has felt your constant support, communication and heartfelt caring every step of the way. Your staff offered guidance and recommendations and took action when necessary to make my dad’s life safe and as comfortable as possible as he slipped from one stage to another. We could not be more grateful. My mom has been able to take advantage of your lovely respite accommodations and be with my dad until he passed. She continues to talk about how kind and caring all her interactions have been with every member of The Hidenwood’s staff. You have made her stay with you so memorable in the best way, supporting her through the most difficult time in a person’s life. I am a bit teary writing this…it has been so important to us that Mom and Dad had this time together in the end. And you folks made it happen. There are so many people I would like to thank in your staff, but I don’t know them all. Suffice it to say, you have the world’s BEST folks working with you! There is one person, in particular, who stands out in our experience with The Hidenwood, and that is Zsavonne Perryman. From the first day we came to The Hidenwood in January (we walked in with no appointment) looking for a long-term care solution for my dad, Zsavonne welcomed us as though we were already part of the community. We left that day knowing we had picked the right place for my dad. Zsavonne knows her business, she is articulate, she inspires confidence, she is SO upbeat and positive, she is SO accessible, she is a problem solver, she is calm, she is kind, she always has a smile on her face and in her voice, she gets results, and she has the answers. Zsavonne has been my go-to person at The Hidenwood for the past several months. I have tried not to abuse her kindness and accessibility (she has responded to my texts every time within minutes, even after hours). I have been in the corporate environment for many, many years. Employees of Zsavonne’s caliber are hard to come by. She is the quintessential employee who takes ownership in her job, the kind we all want working for us. I’m sure you know you have a gem. Zsavonne and all of your staff have made our family’s connection with The Hidenwood special. An experience like this does not just happen. A well run facility/company is a reflection of the quality of its leadership. David, please accept our sincerest thanks for the care you have taken of our entire family. All the special touches from the flowers for my mom to the honoring of my dad to the lovely cards you sent to our family members tell the story. But even more, it is the smiles and kind words and attention your staff have given to my parents that we cherish most. You all have a special place in our hearts... Very gratefully, Debbie Berry Daughter of Amos and Pat Van Bibber
