A Wonderful Facility
reviewed on: 07/10/2019 by AnonymousGreenfield has been a life saver for us! The staff is very friendly...and I mean ALL of the staff. If we have a question or need help with something they are always glad to give us the assistance we need. They take very good care of our loved one. She gets her meds on time and they take care of her personal needs as well. The facility is clean and taken care of properly. There is a secure court yard that the residents can freely go into and enjoy the outdoors at their leisure. She was in another facility that was at the other end of the spectrum so we are very thankful to have found Greenfield.
Highly recommended
reviewed on: 09/18/2020 by AnonymousThe last two weeks my mother was here there was a stomach bug going around, they had to isolate the residents and limit access from visitors which was beyond their control. The care she got here was good and it was a very clean environment and there was no odor when you walk in. The room was accommodating. The staff members were available for if anyone needed help. I do wish that someone had been able to encourage her to eat more, but overall I would recommend Commonwealth Memory Care. We did have a good experience.
Everything Going Okay So Far
reviewed on: 10/06/2016 by AnonymousSo far it has been an okay experience for my aunt here at this community. She is doing well here, and I know she is safe and in good hands. They have a good staff, they have been helpful and friendly. I'am comfortable with care they are providing her with. This is a community I would recommend, it is a nice place.
Care wasn't as good towards the end
reviewed on: 09/27/2013 by JCUWe had to move him out of there because he wasn't getting the care he needed. In the beginning, it was very good, and the cost for what you got was pretty good but it seemed like as we went on, the caregivers that we had that were taking care of him weren't doing as well as before. There was a CNA that was good with him but there were others that would get an attitude. They just kind of started aggrivating him, like when I asked them questions on what he needed and what was happening. He was at the end of the hallway and especially the night nurses didn't seem to check on him. They wouldn't know I was there at night sometimes and never went to check on him. If you could take the beginning and the end together it would be a 4, but towards the end it was a 3.
It is a good place
reviewed on: 01/06/2021 by Richard STheir medical treatment is great and the staff members are great, they really care about their residents. The communication has not been good, I have been trying to call since last Wednesday and I have not been able to reach anyone. Overall, I would recommend the facility.
