I enjoy living at Paul Spring
reviewed on: 09/14/2016 by mccallI am a resident. I have been living at Paul Spring for over one year. the staff is excellent- friendly and efficient. They make a good team. I came here on a 3 month trial by the second day, I knew I wanted to stay here. The building and grounds are well kept, and smell nice. Over all excellent! Kate in nursing, is "Johnny on the spot" as far as taking care of any health issues I may encounter. Darnall in Recreation makes things happen. She listens to suggestions, will help get programs we want. The programming is wide ranging. Almost every resident is a walking travelogue.
Great place with friendly, helpful staff
reviewed on: 02/27/2020 by AnonymousEveryone here is so nice! I admit that my parents, who are in their 90s, don't (and probably won't) take advantage of the activities, but the services are so helpful and delivered promptly and cheerfully. They have residential living, so they have meals (3/day), laundry, housekeeping, and the maintenance guys come up whenever they need a little help. They also use the in-house medical staff for basic care. The place is lovely, and we're looking forward to warmer weather when they can enjoy the outdoor areas. And no complaints from my parents.

reviewed on: 01/11/2019 by Chet OliveI am the POA & Caregiver for an older Couple (The Mylers), Every single person that I have been in contact with has been helpful, courteous, friendly and has gone above what I expected. Having been at Manor Care for about 4 weeks what a huge change! Mr. Mylers dementia condition has made a tremendous turnaround from his time with the friendly staff, especially Andrew in Physical Therapy. If there is any question about their care the facility contacts me with their concerns. Ashley James (The director) has been absolutely fantastic to me and keeps me updated on any outstanding paperwork. She is Top notch at her job! Also Leslie (Ambassador) is so kind to the people living and visiting. I have never seen anyone better at what she does!! Genuinely seems to Love her job. Also, and special Thanks to Ana, Michelle (Nurses) and Sharon (Therapy), and Rachel (receptionist) for their great help and knowledge. Food also "Fantastic". Very few openings at Paul Spring and I very Lucky that the Mylers are a part of that "Family"! Thanks so much, Chet Olive
