Review of Abbington Manor - Lehi, UT

Pet friendly and always clean!
reviewed on: 11/06/2017 by AnonymousThe biggest deciding factor in going with Abbington Manor is that they are dog friendly. I know my Mother could not be without her dog. I really like this facility and they do a really good job. They try their hardest to keep all of the residents engaged with one another. Anytime there is a problem, they are very quick to respond. I can’t tell you enough how well the staff members treat my mom. They’re always friendly, warm, and welcoming. They do a pretty good job on the food as well. They serve 3 meals a day and for each meal they have 2 separate times for people who are early birds or late risers. This facility is always clean, it looks good, and it’s shiny. I would highly recommend this facility.

reviewed on: 02/26/2014 by Mel LemmonAs I began the process of identifying an assisted living facility for my parents, I wanted to find a comfortable environment that would allow them to maintain their independence yet still provide assistance as needed. I was immediately impressed with the knowledge and responsiveness of the administrators. They directed us to resources to help with financing, they took the time to answer our questions and provided guidance at every step along the way. I was especially impressed with the way the way the staff interacted with each other and with the residents. It was obvious that they love what they do and go the extra mile to ensure that their residents are comfortable and have everything they need. I'm so glad to find a place that offers peace of mind to the residents and their families!
We used for respite for my mom
reviewed on: 02/12/2015 by AnonymousOn all levels, Abbington Manor was outstanding. The community is very clean and the caregivers were very good with my mother. The level of care was excellent. We felt that it was a really good value, based on respite rates. We've used them when I had to go out of town. Knowing that she was cared for took stress away from me. My mother is still having physical therapy at home. While she stayed at Abbington Manor, she enjoyed games, having her hair and nails done and from time to time, the community would bring in entertainment, which she really liked. I would definitely recommend Abbington Manor. We would like to have her stay there in the future, but they are currently full.
Very compassionate and supportive.
reviewed on: 02/03/2017 by AnonymousMy mother passed away in January and they have been very supportive and compassionate during this difficult time. My father is still staying there and we feel comfortable having him in their care.
