A wonderful last place for my mom!
reviewed on: 12/22/2020 by Debbi MWe absolutely loved this community, it is a little on the smaller side but the staff was incredible. Our loved one's room was just redone and it was beautiful. They have wonderful activities and a really nice outside porch!
The food is very good.
reviewed on: 04/30/2014 by AnonymousIt’s a good community, but you need to make sure you communicate with the staff to make everything that you wish for is passed on to the people who are actually giving the care. You can communicate to the administration, but you have to make sure that gets passed on. The food is very good. They do bingo and they go out to eat once a month. They took a trip on St. Patrick’s Day to TJ Muggins and they got to ride the trolley. They have movie night.
Enjoy Activities with Your New Friends
reviewed on: 09/25/2020 by Bette BondI have lived in several communities, but The Village is the only one that really creates a community for the residents. There are many activities every day--from a summer garden to bingo with movies included. You can read a book from the library or take a walk around the campus or just rest in the shade on the front porch. There are parties each month to welcome newcomers and those who have a birthday each month. But most important is the kindness and care that everyone receive from members of the staff.

reviewed on: 05/23/2014 by AnonymousThe 3rd tour was great. Ms. Lisa Ballard - Community Relations Director, is the contact person and tour guide. She was very helpful and informative. Lisa showed me a Studio Apartment that would be the right size for my Mom. The entire building was clean and home-like, it was also secure. Everyone that I met was friendly. The outside was beautiful, they have a nice porch to sit out to enjoy the scenery. I would love for my Mom to live in this community. I was alone on this tour.
