Excellent Staff at This Community
reviewed on: 05/12/2017 by AnonymousSo far everything is working out pretty well for my loved one with her move to this community. She is still adjusting, but I do feel satisfied with her move here. The staff is excellent. They are taking good care of her, and her needs. There are good activities, and nice meals offered for the residents. This is a community I would recommend to my family, and friends.

reviewed on: 10/29/2020 by AnonymousI chose this community because it was small and intimate. They respond immediately if there is an issue or I call them, very attentive to my loved one. Room sizes are average, I would love for them to include cable TV for my loved one. She loves breakfast and enjoys it every day. I would definitely recommend the community.
If I had to do this all over again, I would still choose Cypress Place
reviewed on: 09/22/2020 by Teresa GI visited a lot of facilities before we chose Cypress Place. We chose Cypress Place because when you walked in the door, you felt welcomed. It didn't feel like you were walking into the nursing home. The private room my dad was in here were decent size. He was not very fond about some of the food here. I would want others to know that the head nurse Tammy is a very compassionate person. When he was put in the hospital, she would visit everyday. She was very thorough and helpful. Overall, I would recommend.

Mom was extremely hesitant to move in until we took her for a visit, she fell in love with the staff and other residents. The team treats her like a queen, she is so happy there after being by herself at home for years. Thank you so much for all you do at your community to help the lovely residents. We chose this community over others because of the size and great value. They are a smaller community where everyone knows your name and they even know me and the rest of my family. This is home!
