Sister property of Pinewood Place
reviewed on: 01/12/2018 by AnonymousWhile looking at other locations for my love one I discovered that his is the sister property of Pinewood Place so it’s laid out pretty similarly. The staff team here is just as nice, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Like Family
reviewed on: 09/11/2021 by Julie GI was able to get my parents in short notice and with some bumps in the road. The staff was excellent and I can see that they really care for the residents. They are helpful and kind! Cypress may not be shiny and new, but they really make sure that they are there for the residents. I tested the pull cord in the room and a staff member was there to help in one minute! Thanks so much Cypress!

reviewed on: 10/29/2020 by AnonymousI chose this community because it was small and intimate. They respond immediately if there is an issue or I call them, very attentive to my loved one. Room sizes are average, I would love for them to include cable TV for my loved one. She loves breakfast and enjoys it every day. I would definitely recommend the community.

I am very impressed with the staff and there aggressive approach to make sure my mom is getting offered the activities as well as other events. They are always going to her room to try and get her out and involved in what is going on throughout the day. They defiantly try there best and I appreciate that very much. Overall I am very satisfied with the care and would recommend it to anyone.

The staff is excellent. They are taking good care of her, and her needs. There are good activities, and nice meals offered for the residents. This is a community I would recommend to my family, and friends.
