Very Clean With Nice People
reviewed on: 01/04/2017 by AnonymousThis is a great community with a cozy and understanding atmosphere. My dad was here for a week but he liked it so much that he wanted to stay permanently. The people here are so nice and it was really clean, that was most important to us. They have such wonderful staff and we were pleased with the care and compassion.
Like Family
reviewed on: 09/11/2021 by Julie GI was able to get my parents in short notice and with some bumps in the road. The staff was excellent and I can see that they really care for the residents. They are helpful and kind! Cypress may not be shiny and new, but they really make sure that they are there for the residents. I tested the pull cord in the room and a staff member was there to help in one minute! Thanks so much Cypress!
Spacious Suites and Friendly Atmosphere
reviewed on: 01/10/2017 by AnonymousMy mom is doing well, it was difficult to transition but she is where she needs to be. Her ability was limited and the staff are friendly while assisting her. She is making contact and getting to know the residents. The meals are being eaten and they are getting her medication on time. It is a very nice place and I get a friendly feel and it is very attractive. Mom is in a little suite that is a nice size comparable to other places. The residents are friendly and the community is a lot closer. I would recommend them.

reviewed on: 10/29/2020 by AnonymousI chose this community because it was small and intimate. They respond immediately if there is an issue or I call them, very attentive to my loved one. Room sizes are average, I would love for them to include cable TV for my loved one. She loves breakfast and enjoys it every day. I would definitely recommend the community.
