Friendly Community
reviewed on: 07/13/2020 by LyleMy wife & I moved into Brightwater with our little dog, Nora. Our neighbors are friendly and the community is pet friendly. Several of our previous neighbors are already living at Brightwater. Rejuenate Salon is convenient being on site, and Mona is great with hair & nails. My wife loves the chicken quesadillas and all the shrimp dishes that are offered in the dining room. I am happy that I can order what I like from the menus and specials. Our move in experience with HTC was positive and maintenance takes care of everything else. It's hard to remember that I don't have to do the maintenance anymore.
It's a great place to live

In our 3 1/2 years here we have really come to appreciate it as an extremely warm and caring place to live. The staff which has an unusually long tenure really does go the "extra mile" to insure that we are safe and comfortable. During the current pandemic they have done everything possible to keep us safe. There have been no cases of the Covid 19 virus here among residents or staff. It is really a great place to live. We were exploring potential homes for longtime friends and our friends and our first impression was over the top. Brightwater is filled with beauty everywhere and the home-like feel grabbed us immediately. We found the staff to be especially welcoming and the residents very friendly. The many programs for wellness, entertainment, and socializing help keep us active and involved. Before moving to Brightwater, we looked at many options in several states, but none offered everything on our wish list. We decided to move while physically able because it was important for it to be our decision and not a burden on our children. After our first year here, we can honestly say it has exceeded our expectations in almost every measure. Besides all that, winter in South Carolina is a delight compared to Ohio. We have found a home!

reviewed on: 08/28/2020 by Chris of MBLove living here! When I moved to Brightwater, I was afraid because I didn’t know anyone. Everyone was so Welcoming to me and making new friends was so nice! I love eating in the dining room with my friends every evening. We have a porch social most days. I love being around people and all of the activities. The staff is very friendly and helps me with anything I need so I feel very safe.
Best Choice I have made

I love the active lifestyle wellness programs, all the activities offered and spending time with my friends. The property is beautiful inside & out. I like being able to go to the dining room to socialize with my friends over dinner. During this COVID19 time I would be up the creek if I weren’t living at Brightwater, all my needs have been taken care of quickly.
