Not good care
reviewed on: 07/27/2017 by AnonymousThe staff did not take care of mom when she lived here. When we moved her to a better community she had a fever and an infection. They did not take care of her or remove her garbage. They were given one choice at meal time and if they did not like it there was no other option. The food was horrible and I would not recommend this community.

No communication between staff and doctors. Our senior family member was sent to Edinboro Manor for physical rehabilitation after foot surgery. In less than one week her health began to deteriorate. She was not eating, confused, dizzy, nauseous, and dehydrated. Her blood sugar was not tested properly and out of control. She developed a Urinary Tract Infection and bed sores. She ended up back in the hospital emergency room. The patient was very sick ending up on a ventilator with fluid in one lung and needed to be treated for all the other issues she developed at Edinboro Manor.
