Thank you!

I could not ask for a better place for my mom to be. This year has been difficult (Understatement) at best. Mom has had challenges and we are blessed to know that everyone takes excellent care of her. We have not been able to be there as much as we would like. My Dad would say....give your Mom hugs. She needs lots of hugs. I can tell you that the hardest part of this is not being able to give Mom hugs. However, the staff (who could quite easily be family) have stepped in for us. When I see Mom light up when the caregivers show up my heart is happy. It's the hug I would like to give in the form of her caregivers. From the bottom of my heart....thank you. God bless you for keeping mom safe during these difficult days.

This Is A Good Place

Nobody's perfect, so I'm not giving any 5's, but everything seems pretty nice. The food seems pretty good, and there are quite a few activities and things to do. The communcation is good, too. When I call, I usually get through, or they call me back if needed. The community is fairly new, and its small, but the rooms seemed fairly large, so chose this place. My loved one seems to like it, so that's important.

Peace of mind

We moved Grandma here recently and she couldn't be happier. We couldn't be happier for her since there are so many positive attributes to this place it allows our family to have the peace of mind that Grandma is in the best possible situation. The staff is wonderful. Friendly, always in a good mood and ready to help if needed in a moments notice. The people who work here make you feel like they are family and that they are going to treat your loved one like family. I can't say enough good things and feel so fortunate that this option is available for Grandma.

Review of Emerald Gardens

reviewed on: 11/15/2018 by Anonymous

My mother moved from MI to Emerald Gardens 6 months ago. They had everything ready for her the day she moved in. The staff made her feel welcome and continue to care for her like she is family. They communicate with me to keep me informed so we work as a team to keep mom comfortable. She really enjoys the weekly scenic bus trips they take and I really like all the special events they have that includes family. It's a wonderful place. My only suggestion would be to make some improvements to their food menu.
