reviewed on: 10/20/2020 by Pat HorganI highly recommend Emerald Gardens in Woodburn OR. They offer assisted living and memory care along with respite care. The staff is very caring and are always willing to help my mom. She lives in assisted living and needs some extra attention at times. The caregivers never make her feel guilty or at fault. They always assure her that they are there to help her anytime she needs them. They offer fun things for the residents to do but they make sure they stay distant from each other. They are very diligent about keeping everyone safe from disease. They are always open to helping me take care of my mom since I'm not able to visit with her. They are always patient with my questions and concerns. Please contact them if you have someone you love that needs the extra care they can provide.
Peaceful and quiet

The facility is clean and there are always activities going on throughout the day to keep the residents busy. It is a smaller community, so I feel like she gets a little more personalized care than at a bigger facility. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, smaller forever home for their loved one.
Communication is Key

There are many reason but I think it safe to say that the communication with Ashley has been most impressive. Highly recommend a tour!

The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. They had a nice floor plan with lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. It was just not the right location in the end decision.
