Community Reviews
Very supportive community
reviewed on: 08/20/2020 by Loriei think is a very good place for a population that gets increasing more difficult to serve. They keep of top of things, their conscientious, and for difficult people, that are very patient with the residents and the families. They are really good at communicating with the families. Its one of the more expensive places, but it's well worth it if you can afford it. It smells pleasant, they have a beautiful dining area, and it is friendly to walk into. I would absolutely would recommend this community to other families for assisted living.
Happy with this Property
reviewed on: 11/17/2021 by Patricia RAfter having a hard time placing dad at another facility-when we moved him to the springs it was such a blessing. Nice room with courtyard view, attentive staff. We are relieved to know he is safe and card for.
5 STARS FROM RESIDENT AND HER CHILDREN..
reviewed on: 12/15/2018 by Stacey WilliamsWe searched for over two months for our mother. We settled on The Springs Wilsonville because of the warm feeling we got from the staff and the beautiful building that was very clean. Mom loves the food, activities and interaction with the other residents. The staff is very accommodating and make her feel right at home. We as family are encouraged to visit and always feel welcome. The manager is very gracious and has always been available for questions. I can not recommend The Springs more for your parents. It can be a tough transition from their home to a new residence such as this but they made the experience painless and much easier then we expected. THANK YOU!!!!!
Would Definitely Recommend
reviewed on: 10/14/2021 by Joan PWhat I noticed here more than other places I looked at is there's a courtyard that's open to all residents, including memory care. And there are two memory care sections that they can move back and forth between. So memory care residents have more opportunity to feel like they're going someplace, rather than just up and down the hallway, which I really liked. The caregivers are great, but the administration is lacking and behind in a lot of things. I don't think it's really their fault. It's kind of a sign of the times with the pandemic - they're understaffed. The staff that they have are great. But they're behind on 30-day reviews/evaluations, and organization where everybody knows everything is definitely lacking. They recently had a town hall meeting where they talked about it, and they're working on it. It's just a hard time with Covid. The food I tried was okay. The quality seemed to be good. All this type of care is very expensive, but I know that my loved one is safe, and he's getting really good care here.
Close second!
reviewed on: 03/28/2017 by AnonymousWe loved The Springs when we toured it. It was a close second but the deciding factor was location, We found a place closer to my family. Other than that aspect, the facility was beautiful and everyone was very nice.
