Community Reviews
Wonderful Community
reviewed on: 12/15/2018 by MaryThis community was perfect for my mother. When you walk in the front door it feels like home. It's very warm and inviting. Wonderful staff that truly care. Everyone was helpful when you have a question. It is clean and no odors. I saw a sign on their front desk that showed they had a perfect state survey. That was very important to me that they work hard to have good quality. My Mom loved living there.
Close second!

The Springs at Wilsonville cares about their residents.
reviewed on: 04/08/2014 by DaveMy Mother has been in the assisted care unit of The Springs at Wilsonville for almost five months and I have been very pleased with the services and the overall facility. I have gone to visit my mother at all hours and have always been impressed with the staff and their attentiveness. My mother suffers from dementia and has unfortunately had several incidents that required special care or in some cases emergency services. I feel the staff have always done their best to keep me informed on the situations and done everything to keep her safe and comfortable. We will probably be moving my mother to the memory care unit in the future as her needs increase. The Springs also provides monthly Support Group Meetings for Families who are dealing with dementia that have been helpful and informative. Surprisingly, the meals that are served to the residents are well balanced and actually taste good. I am glad I chose The Springs for my mother and would recommend their care facility to anyone in need of a place for a loved one to live independently or in the assisted care area. I am also confident that when we move her to the memory care unit we will continue to have a positive experience.
They do a really good job with their activities, they have a great variety and a lot of the activities are really creative
reviewed on: 04/25/2014 by JulieThe community is clean, and the staff is friendly. They are good about responding to a need and concern. They do a really good job with their activities, they have a great variety and a lot of the activities are really creative. The food is great, it seems like they have a nice variety of things to choose from. One of the things we really liked from the initial visit, is the way the residents were involved.
