Community Reviews

My tour!

reviewed on: 12/06/2016 by Anonymous

This community was nice and seemed clean. The people I met were nice and they did offer activities. I was looking for a higher staff to resident ratio in the memory care area than they were able to offer.

Assisted Living is Good. Memory Care Needs Work

reviewed on: 12/27/2016 by Anonymous

We've been on the assisted side for few years now. My recommendations would be to watch your service points, anything of value discussed between admin and yourself, get it in writing. Meal time is extremely long waiting periods for residents. Care Staff is awesome, helpful and experienced. We Just recently moved over to Memory Care. Staff is young and unfortunately inexperienced in common areas that they should be experienced in. For the additional $2500 a month to be over in memory care, the 7 - 1 ratio so far has not turned out to be worth the move. Let's hope they quickly figure it out.

Good drive and little traffic...

Good drive and little traffic Marketing manager pushy, but likeable (Carole gray) more Missoula like than Bellevuelike homey and peaceful setting room a Would want a one bedroom herelittle small and cheap looking

Too much like an Institution !!

reviewed on: 09/30/2016 by Anonymous

The staff was great and very friendly during our tour. I was not impressed with the community, it was too big and felt very impersonal. The bedrooms I also did not like they had a florescent light that gave the room an institutional feel.

It’s a nice, clean, and well lived in home.

It’s a nice, clean, and well lived in home. Any complaints with the staff have been immediately addressed. The cost is comparable to other communities. It’s homey, but not elegant, not sophisticated – it’s homey.
