How We Feel About The Pick
reviewed on: 07/24/2017 by AnonymousThe community is a good fit and we are thankful that we found it. My husband is doing well and getting the care he needs. We are happy with the community and we were very impressed with Jordan, he has kept us up to date when it comes to my husband. I feel we got the best deal with them. The community is small but large enough and overall we choose the best.
We toured here and we liked it very much.
reviewed on: 09/17/2015 by Family MemberWe toured here and we liked it very much. Unfortunately we needed more care than they would be able to accommodate. The staff was very friendly, and up front. They did their best to see if it would be a good fit, but it wasn't. We would have chosen here had it not been for the amount of care we needed.
A Loving Home for a Loved One
reviewed on: 03/02/2018 by Karen and Jay EubanksWhitewood Gardens was a fabulous place for Momma to stay this last year. They are so very caring and understanding. They treated Momma with the utmost respect and took care of her every need with a loving smile. The food was always good, healthy and very tasty. The place is clean, comfortable looking, and almost always filled with soft music. Their exercise programs and afternoon activities are always fun and attended by whichever residents chose to use them that day. They celebrate all the major holidays and some of the minor ones. There are not bad odors in the air, no matter when you into the building or a room. It also doesn't smell of antiseptics. It just smells clean. Putting a loved one into Whitewood Gardens is in itself an act of love.
excellent
reviewed on: 12/10/2014 by AnonymousThey were very personable and welcoming. They spoke directly to my parents, acknowledging and getting to know them, as opposed to just working with us. The place is very clean, and the food is great. The gentleman that runs their program for social programs and activities is excellent.
Way Too Expensive
reviewed on: 11/05/2013 by DaughterThis just opened a few months ago. It's way too expensive and too packed on to the property. There is no place for you to walk or enjoy the outside or anything. It also way too expensive for the room size. For us to get a two bedroom would have been over $7000.
