Community Reviews
Good so far
reviewed on: 08/25/2017 by AnonymousMy father in law has only recently moved into Oak Lane community and he is still getting acclimated. The atmosphere is warm and homey and the staff is very welcoming when we come and visit. The staff is friendly and caring and attentive to his care needs. The meals that they provide are good. There are plenty of activities that the staff encourages the residents to participate. So far he has not been inclined to participate in many of them. They have decks on the upper level and patios on the ground level so that the residents can get out and enjoy the fresh air. This was a good fit and affordable for our budget.
freinds
reviewed on: 12/23/2014 by AnonymousMy mom needed to be in a memory care unit and went downhill really quick at Oaklane, so she is no longer there, but I have nothing but good things to say about them. They were incredibly friendly and very helpful and will be lifelong friends.
My review of Oak Lane
reviewed on: 11/22/2021 by anonymousBefore Covid I really liked this community. Now the new people that have taken over don't make me as happy. They are a little less caring and pushy on certain stuff. A lot of new people to get used to now.
A home for dad.
reviewed on: 02/28/2014 by DorieWalking into Oak Lane is like visiting family. You are greeted with hugs and smiles. The community smells clean, and you usually smell fresh baking from the kitchen. The activities program is the best I've ever seen with a variety of things to do at all times. The care staff have been at there for a long time and know their residents and families well. You couldn't ask for a better home-like setting. My father lived at Oaklane for six wonderful years and their team gave me the greatest gift...Peace of Mind and quality time with my father. Thank you Oak Lane
They Were Too Small For People
reviewed on: 07/11/2017 by AnonymousNothing was wrong when we toured this community. All that we saw was pretty nice. My parents however, did not want to be in a small apartment. They felt they would be confined and there was not enough space for two residents living together.
