Corporate needs some work.
reviewed on: 02/03/2015 by AnonymousThe people are general really nice. But the Billing Department at corporate have some issues. The corporate people are nice but nothing seems to done.
It's really a good place, they just need more staff.
reviewed on: 05/22/2015 by AnonymousWe have been pleased with them, as far as their recreation onsite. We were not as pleased with the fact that they didn't have enough staff. The wait time to answer a call bell has been as much as an hour. That is starting to be resolved, as they are starting to hire more people. He loves the staff, and the cook staff. It's really a good place, they just need more staff.

I'm Glad I Came
reviewed on: 03/07/2019 by Nelson SmithAs a resident of Paramount Senior Living of Westerville I am very happy to have chosen this facility for the second time. Fortunately, my family placed me here two years ago after a hospitalization. Last year at my home I realized that I was getting weaker and losing weight and signed myself back in having been satisfied with my first stay. My second stay has been better than my first. They have an excellent nursing staff that exhibits a real care for the residents. The facility itself is cleaner than it's ever been. Under the new ownership of Paramount they are investing a lot of capital into new carpeting, new interior decor and furnishings and exterior improvements. The food program is catered to the needs of each resident and the food itself is very good. There are activities seven days a week and quite a bit of outside entertainment coming in to us.. The fee schedule is equal to or below that of other assisted living facilities. If I was responsible for placing a loved one, this would be the place.
A very nice place with friendly people.
reviewed on: 04/06/2015 by AnonymousI was pleased with the appearance and cleanliness of the facility, especially after having had a very bad experience at another assisted living facility for my stepfather in Portsmouth, Ohio. The aides were always friendly and helpful, though I think at times their response to my stepfather's needs were a little too slow. He fell out of bed while I was there and I wasn't strong enough to help him. We immediately pressed the call button but it took 20 minutes before someone came. I had to go into the hall to find somebody to help him and I was told it was shift time change. I don't think that's a good excuse under any circumstances. The other times when I was there the aides seemed to respond more quickly. However, I lived out of state so I was not there on a regular basis.
