reviewed on: 10/14/2015 by AnonymousSo far so good. At first communication was a little lax, when I would ask questions I wasn't sure they wanted to get me answers. However when I brought it to their attention, they improved communication with me, and when I bring anything up they address it right away. It's clean, and the food hasn't been bad, though it was not as great when the cooks all got sick and were out. They were close by, and convenient for family to visit. They were pretty comparable to other places I looked at, and it has worked out well so far.
There's no place like Paramount!

The facility is clean, well managed and EVERYONE from Management, to Staff, to residents are always happy and upbeat. The staff is so professional and I know that my mom is in good hands 24/7. I don't think I can even explain in words how happy I am to have my Mom at Paramount. And I am VERY picky about where, who and how my mom is taken care of. I TRUST Paramount with my Mom, and that says millions!

reviewed on: 09/22/2021 by KathyThe new director is sending email newsletters to keep everyone updated on what they are doing and what is new, so far she has been great with communication. I think it would be nice if they could include the activities schedule in those newsletters as well so residents and families know when to schedule appointments so they do not overlap. They do have a lot of activities going on and they have a good variety of things to do. They are testing all of the residents for covid and I really like that. It is a smaller facility and they encourage residents to get out of their room. I would recommend to others looking and already have, my father is very happy.
