Community Reviews
Outstanding Care for dad
reviewed on: 03/31/2017 by AnonymousThis is a good community. The staff are wonderful and keep me informed on his progress. My dad said that the meals are appealing. They did offer him activities to participate with the other residents. This has been a great place for my father and we have recommended this community to other families for outstanding care and value.
Excellent care!
reviewed on: 04/03/2014 by S EWe moved my loved one here after her previous residence started having quality issues, and they have been doing an excellent job! Not only are they much better about the hygiene issues that were the cause of her move, they also diagnosed a few issues that weren't being treated at all by her previous community. Now that she is receiving proper medication she is doing much better overall!
Amy Hobbs, the best
reviewed on: 08/11/2017 by cindy gattenI have never been in a more caring facility. Every employee addresses you as you go by. It is very clean and well staffed. The director/manager Amy Hobbs is absolutely the best. She worked with us for over a month before Mom going there. No pressure just genuine concern for her safety and well being.
Fantastic care
reviewed on: 08/08/2017 by AnonymousMy aunt enjoys living at this community. She loves the food. The staff are doing a fantastic job taking care of her. They treat her like family. They encourage her to participate in some of the daily activities. This is a smaller community and has a homey feel to it. There is a good ratio of caregivers to residents. The cost includes free laundry and they keep her room clean. This community is geared more towards mental health issues and I would recommend it.
Not so great
reviewed on: 07/04/2017 by KelleyVery unorganized. Some of the staff is great, some of the staff does not have any critical thinking skills and are just there going through the motions. If you want anything done, you have to ask a million times, and it probably still won't get done. They can't manage to do laundry and bring the correct clothes back. They constantly are changing their management, so if you need to talk to someone you don't know who to talk to. Most of the meals are junk food and are full of sugar. Just sickening. I would not recommend.
