Our tour experience
reviewed on: 10/04/2021 by Linda COur family had an in person tour and The Enclave was a very nice community but at the time our loved one did not need all their services.
My tour review
reviewed on: 10/05/2021 by anonymousThis community was really nice, we went with another community because this felt more like assisted living as to independent living. The residents were not as active also, and we were looking for something more social and active for my loved one.
I would recommend
reviewed on: 04/12/2021 by Charles KThe staff members at The Enclave are very friendly, and we just really like the community. Our loved one says the food is good and they are feeding her plenty. The activities were limited but now they are bringing them back. They play bingo, go outside to garden and bring in live entertainment. They also used to only allow visitation in the dining hall, now they are allowing guest to go to their rooms.
just rating the tour only
reviewed on: 09/14/2016 by AnonymousLynn was very nice, patient with my mom having to get along slowly because of being in a wheel chair, which we appreciated, but, it would have been so much better if my mom would have seen the rooms first. After roaming the halls to see the cafeteria, library, puzzles, cafe, etc..my mom was exhausted when it finally came time to see the rooms. To me that was the higher on the list thing to see first! You might want to consider this for next time! Other than that, mom is trying to get accustomed to her surroundings and seems to be enjoying meeting new friends.
Tom's stay
reviewed on: 11/14/2018 by LoriMy dad lives in the life guidance facility and he is doing really well. He participates in most of the activities and is cared for nicely. The staff is very friendly and understanding, not only to the residents but to the guests that come to visit. It has been a very positive experience for our family.
