We've been pretty pleased.

We've been pretty pleased. In comparison with some other places we looked at they were a good value. We have just been so pleased. They are very proactive and respectful if anything comes up. I am very pleased with their problem solving. I can't think of anything that needs improvement. Everyone that works there is very kind and respectful of all the residents. She has made friends and is enjoying the activities. She likes the food very much, and it's served in a very appetizing way. They get a menu, and they can choose from two entree's, or they have alternate options that are available all the time. I went down the checklist from A Place For Mom, this met all of those criteria that we were looking for, as they all did, but this felt very natural to us. They also do aging in place, so she won't have to move to a new facility as her needs increase.

Great tour!

The Brookdale was a very nice place when I arrived for my tour, they were ready for me with a packet of information. The place was nice and clean and everyone was very friendly. The reason we chose another community was simply location.

No complaints!!

My father has recently made the move into this community and so far I have no complaints of how things are going for him. The staff are friendly and I am comfortable with the care they are providing him. He is absolutely loving the meals they serve throughout the week and is always talking about how impressed he is with the dinning experience. Overall I am very happy and would recommend to anyone.

Good Staff in Memory care.

The nursing and aids were very good. They seemed to try hard to help the patients. Nursing was very good at calling me with incidents that happened. Medication was very expensive and was changed so often I was always paying a big bill. I was charged extra for my husband being combative. I wasn't glad that my husband was sent to a Behavior hospital in Cincinnatti (Blue Ridge) That hospital was poor. I don't think he ate the whole time he was there.
