She has no complaints about the food, and she loves the fact that she gets dessert. I've been extremely happy with them. It's a small facility, I think they only have about 35 people. She tells me how good they are to her here. She said that she was wandering around lost, and then she found this place. My only complaint is that there is a large fee for extra assistance with hygiene, above and beyond what is in the care plan. The bathroom is also a little small for a wheelchair. Sterling house is undergoing renovations, and I needed furniture, and they sold me the furniture in the model room, and that saved us so much work. I didn't have a truck, just a car, and I wouldn't have been able to buy furniture. I really am happy with them.

It was a pleasant experience. We wanted to tour this community just get some information on what assisted living is like.
Very Happy So Far
reviewed on: 11/26/2013 by FamilySo far at Sterling House we are very happy. We like that my grandparents are comfortable there. The staff seems very attentive. It's very clean an they make sure that the rooms stays clean. So far I know my grandparents have been involved in bingo and I know they have a putting green that my grandfather utilized until it got cold. They had a family thanksgiving dinner last week where the family comes in and we did participate in that.
