Review of Magnolia Glen
reviewed on: 07/19/2019 by Ross and Elizabeth HaithIt was a wise choice that we choose M.G. to spend this phase of our life. The whole environment is providing us with a pleasant and exhilarating experience. Ultimately, our goal was to find a community that would meet our personal and social needs, including a home like atmosphere - we have found that here at Magnolia Glen.

reviewed on: 10/08/2013 by Wasn't quite right for momIt's a nice facility, one of the things we did liek about it was they have a completely different building for folks who need more care; so the activities are geared based on where you live. The layout of the apartment and things like that she didn't like it as much, but other than that, the staff and the woman who took us on the tour were all friendly. The residents all appeared very happy and very engaged in what was going on and I think it may have been a good place for her.
Thank You
reviewed on: 10/30/2020 by William BWe spent a great deal of time researching facilities for our mother and are excited that we found a home for her at Magnolia Glen. They have safe processes in place for moving in during Covid and have been very helpful in navigating and partnering with my family during these challenging times.
We would recommend it to others
reviewed on: 06/29/2021 by DavidThe meals are not really catered to our loved one due to their health state, but for other residents we think they would be good. However, we do think they should have more southern breakfast variety, they get eggs and bacon everyday. We wish they would throw in some biscuits and gravy or even pancakes. The activities are still somewhat limited especially the church services. They have the Catholic services back up but we are still waiting on the Presbyterian services. The staff really stood out to us in the beginning, they seemed to really take a personal interest in our loved one.
