Geared for people who are already there
reviewed on: 10/08/2013 by DaughterThey have a really expensive upfront fee, I think its 10000 upfront. Of course it's just beautiful, but they didn't have any private rooms available. You could go in semi-private and be on a waitlist and they're just really geared for their residents who are already going to be there long term and I was really just looking at the nursing part there. They do have a memory care but it only has 10 rooms I beleive they said.
Not Good for the Money
reviewed on: 03/30/2017 by AnonymousIf you're looking for a nice place to live and don't need to interact with their admin folks or managers at the health center, then this is a great place, even though it's on the expensive side. If, however, you're looking for a well run facility with staff that is responsive and is resident/patient focused, you're in for disappointment. For the money you're spending, they should be MUCH better. When they make a mistake, they'll say anything to your face to get away from you, but then they don't follow up or make any effort to resolve the issue.
Look elsewhere before selecting Cypress
reviewed on: 01/27/2019 by AnonymousLooks can be deceiving. An excellent and beautiful sales pitch, but make the effort to do your research prior to making the huge investment to join here or enroll your family members here. There are lovely members here but the business practices leave much to be desired.
