Nice Facility and Friendly Staff
reviewed on: 07/29/2016 by Monika WilliamsI am very glad my mother in law is at Phoenix the staff is always so friendly and willing to assist. The Director (Donna) has always been pleasant and always available if I need to speak with her even if I just drop in unexpected. My mother in law seems to enjoy the facility and always speaks highly of the staff and food served. I would recommend to anyone inquiring about an Assisted Living facility.
Clean Place and Caring Staff
reviewed on: 10/06/2017 by AnonymousWe moved my father into Phoenix Assisted Care after having him in another facility that was awful. While Phoenix a little outdated, and it’s not very large or fancy, it is so clean and nicely decorated. The staff is so helpful and attentive, and my father is so much better taken care of here than where he was. I find that Phoenix Assisted is refreshing because even though it isn’t big or new, the people there still really make an effort to keep the place clean, keep the residents so happy and comfortable, and they really try to make it feel more like home. I would recommend Phoenix to others looking for a more cost effective and truly caring experience for their loved one.
Good Community, Kind Staff

From what I saw they do a good with cleanliness of the facility. They were very nice to my family and I. Our tour was a good experience.
Decent Activities
reviewed on: 08/24/2020 by AnonymousI would tell them to look around. I am not happy with it. I'm not happy with the food, it's cold a lot of the time and a lot of fried food. I'm not a fan of breaded food either. The activities include: Bingo, community walks and a number of other stuff. There are a number of things they do.
Mom Is In Good Hands
reviewed on: 06/07/2016 by AnonymousMy mother is doing alright at this community. I'am satisfied with everything they have done for us. It is a nice looking community. Her room and the facility is very nice and clean. The staff have been very good, they are very nice and helpful. There activities for the residents to participate in when they are ready. I know she is in good hands. I'am confident about the care she is receiving. This is a community I would recommend.
