Thankful for our Bristol Family
reviewed on: 02/04/2020 by Deborah L FalzaranoMy MIL has been at the Bristol on the Reflections Unit for about 9 months. In that time we have come to know and love the staff. Every member of our Bristol Family is special. They have made my mother in law feel safe and loved. She's engaged and she loves the activites that are going on all day. The holiday gatherings hosted for families go above and beyond. The atmosphere from the moment you walk though the door is simply welcoming. We are always greeted with a smile and it's almost like coming home. Knowing she is happy there is what it's all about!
they are good
reviewed on: 06/24/2015 by AnonymousMy sister is living at The Bristal Assisted Living at Lake Grove . Overall she is doing good. She complains some, but I don't think that is their fault. The people there are really helpful and it is a nice facility.

Happy and secure
reviewed on: 05/09/2020 by AnonymousOur aunt has been a resident of The Bristal at Lake Grove for 9 months now and we are very pleased with her care. More important, she is very happy there. The staff shows genuine concern for its residents. Everyone is very responsive to her needs and work with us also to see that her physical and mental well-being are maintained. Especially during this difficult time, with COVID-19 being rampant in many facilities, we feel secure that she is safe.
