Great Service and Management
reviewed on: 05/01/2020 by AnonymousMy grandma really enjoying being here. We visited her during this difficult time, and we were really impressed with the great management and service that Valley Vista gave. There is ZERO COVID-19 case here during the entire outbreak so far; all essential medical supplies are sufficient. Staff wear medical masks all the time. Grandma told us it is a wonderful place, great meals, nice people and fun activities. She feels like on vacation. We are so grateful to see grandma is healthy and happy here.
My Dad Loves This Place
reviewed on: 05/05/2020 by Judy BreedMy Dad is happy to be in Valley Vista. I visited him twice during the Covid-19 oubreak as I really worried about him. They took care of him well and there are no Covid-19 cases over here at all. I understand that visitors can only see their loved ones outside the window at this point, it protects all redidents. They did great job.
Bumpy beginning but they are working things out
reviewed on: 01/23/2018 by AnonymousI ended up picking this community for my Mother because it matched up perfectly with her needs. She has only been here for a month and all of the staff members are very friendly and nice. However, in the beginning, there were a few issues. All of the call buttons didn’t work and it was a system wide problem. They are allegedly looking into a new company for the call buttons. The other problem is there is no heat. They made a temporary solution by using a lot of portable heaters while they get the normal heat fixed. I would recommend this facility to other families.
Invaluable Assistance!
reviewed on: 12/05/2018 by Helen ChorsThe staff were really helpful when my husband needed assistance with his father-in-law. Valley Vista was the right place that provides more professional, personable & caring staff. When there was an issue, tech device or caring needs, the staff tried their best to satisfy the needs of my husband's father-in-law, they always found good solution timely. Last time when my husband and I were visiting him, there was a problem with the internal calling system, their tech staff coordinated with the calling device company right away while another two staff took care of his shower needs. Not only was their assistance invaluable to us but we learned a lot about how we could better take care of and understand what he was going through at the time.
