Really Good Food, Some Housekeeping Issues
reviewed on: 08/20/2013 by BrendaI guess the only thing that we really don't like is that it seems to be a huge problem to get clean towels. They're not very good about picking up wet towels. They might sit there for a couple of days and there's not a place for me to take them either. They said someone would come everyday to make my mother's bed and they don't really do that so it's just some housekeeping things that kind of bug us. On the other hand, the people are really good and attentive to her and that's the most important thing. Besides your monthly rent they charge you a level of care fee and that's been a little iffy. My dad has been eating all his meals there for $500 a month which is great because he doesn't know how to cook. The food is really, really good an they're both gaining weight.

Elderwood- FANTASTIC
reviewed on: 04/15/2020 by PaulaJoe Lynch, Director of Elderwood, is the most dedicated person I have met. During COVID, he has held conference calls twice a week for all family members to give updates. Chelsea has so many activities and encourages the residence to enjoy each other. Lisa Is wonderful at explaining the details of what is offered and how they can help. Rachael, stays on top of the residence medicines and truly cares out for your loved one. The whole staff is willing to help in anyway and make it a home for the residents, family and friends! I highly recommend Elderwood.
