The staff are friendly and welcoming, if there is something we don't like, we tell them and they correct it. We see them keep this place clean and nice. The food is good for my aunt, no complaints. I sure would recommend this community.

reviewed on: 10/14/2020 by PhillipMy aunt moved into Pacifica Senior Living Santa Fe. My aunt seems to be happier, and she seems to like it there. They have dining services three times a day, they do laundry for them, and they have a full-time nurse.

Not the shiniest nickle in the bunch and it is an older facility, but the staff do a great job and everyone is so nice
reviewed on: 09/15/2021 by DaleOur loved one thinks everything with the meals and dining service is great, her and the other residents are always so excited to get fresh products and fresh produce. She is flourishing there, just thriving. Before we had a home health care and there was nothing stimulating her, but now she is joining others in the TV room and anytime they plan a day trip she is always ready to go. Our only complaint which is what other communities are going through, would be the staffing shortage.
