My tour review
reviewed on: 11/05/2021 by anonymousThis community was nice my loved one just did not want a community that was two levels and wanted to be on one floor and flat . The tours were great just not a great fit for what we were looking for.
Pleased with The Pavillions
reviewed on: 12/05/2013 by DaughterMy parents haven't been here long, but they seem to enjoy it so far. The staff is friendly, and it is very clean. It's very expensive, but based on my limited experience that seems par for the course. One issue my parents are not happy with is the lack privacy, the staff will enter rooms without knocking or ringing the bell, which I guess is understandable for the type of care provided here.
My review of Spring Hills
reviewed on: 10/05/2021 by anonymousThe staff are very friendly. The activity director is great also. The director takes the time to find out what the resident likes and adapts to a signature touch to make sure that they are targeting all of the residents. They also use a system where you can keep track of your residents activities during the week or month so that the family members can see what there loved one is doing. They are also in the process of transitioning from another company. They are working hard to put in place the value of Spring Hills. The resident concierge also keeps personal int rest in the residents. They also really welcomed my loved one when she came in with open arms.
Friendly and encouraging staff!
reviewed on: 12/03/2014 by AnonymousMy loved one has only been here a short time, but so far things have gone very well with The Pavilions! They allow him to have much more control over his own life than they did at the community he was at previously, while still providing the care and support that he needs. He seems so much happier and more fulfilled here! The staff are all very friendly, and they do a great job informing the residents about the activities they provide, and encouraging them to participate. The whole place just has a very relaxed, welcoming feel.
Director was really open and willing ...
reviewed on: 12/29/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerDirector was really open and willing to show me everything there, he said "well I have nothing to hide". The long term care portion what I think we may be looking for had strong urine scent, but in all fairness it there was a cleaning person in the process of servicing the rooms it seemed. The assisted living portion, which I thought we were beyond, but he thinks not, seemed like something my mom would go for.
