Refresh, Relax and Respite
reviewed on: 10/09/2019 by Cheryl JFor the past several months my Sister and I have been caring for our Dad. We had a vacation planned last month and honestly, we had thought that we would have to cancel. A friend of mine told me to check out Monmouth Crossing for respite care. From the moment my Dad and I stepped into the building we felt at home. While the facility is beautiful and the food is great, it truly was the people and the care that they provided that surpassed our greatest expectations. From the Administrator, Helene to the attentive aides who cared for him each day, it is evident that they have a heart to serve. This set our minds completely at ease as we were able to have time away to refresh and relax. Thank you, Monmouth Crossing!
Tops!

Our tour experience
reviewed on: 10/04/2021 by anonymousWe were able to have an in person tour with Monmouth and even though we don't not much about this community it was still a really nice tour. We decided to go with another community though because they offered a better price.
Our tour experience
reviewed on: 09/28/2021 by anonymousOur family was able to have an in person tour and it was very nice. We checked out the memory care unit and it almost seemed more like cottages. It was smaller so offered more care and attentive, the rooms were set up in a central location right by the dining area and living area. They also have an enclosed outside area, but we did not choose this community because they require 2 years of private pay.
A great choice
reviewed on: 11/23/2020 by Anthony GWe chose Monmouth Crossing Assisted Living because my mom is in assisted living and they also have nursing care in a different building across the street. Since they offer all levels of care, we could keep her within the same company if she ever needs more care. The room sizes here are adequate for her needs, bigger than some other places we saw. The food looked a lot better before covid, but I think with covid going on they have had to do things differently. The best part about the community has been the smaller group setting, so better 1 on 1 care. I would recommend.
