They have alot of nice activities that are offered and she is always active and participating with the other residents. We are glad to know that she is getting excellent care for a great value.

So far things are going well.
reviewed on: 07/22/2015 by AnonymousSo far things are going well. While I was there visiting I tried the food and it was wonderful. The director Eric Haider was very prompt and helpful, and is one of the things that really stands out about The Waterford.
Understaffed
reviewed on: 10/15/2021 by anonymousThe rooms are extremely small. Cleaning isn't the best. They do need to clean the bathrooms more often. And I think they could use at least one more member on staff. They don't communicate the best. I came in one day to visit my loved one and saw him on a stretcher ready to go on the ambulance, and I didn't know anything about it. I had talked to them about 2-3 times earlier that day and asked them what was going to happen. They didn't even tell me they were going to take him anywhere. So I didn't know what was going on until almost after it happened. They do try. They just have more than they can handle as far as I can see. The director a lot of times is out because she has to attend to other communities in the group as well. They did provide a mattress and let us borrow a dresser, so we didn't have to buy those. And the cost was good.
A Great Experience
reviewed on: 08/26/2015 by AnonymousFrom what my significant other told me they were very friendly and went above and beyond and would very highly recommend them. It only needed a little maintenance on the outside, like painting and such. It was great experience.
