My mom was here and went to the hospital for staff infections several times.. Now my best friend is in the hospital after only being there for half a day because of falling 3 times before 10pm and they didn't send him until 2pm the next day.... terrible.... they KNEW from his records that he was a very HIGH level of falling risk.... 3 times from noon til 10pm and didn't even CALL us??? What's with you people??

They was not able to take new medicare or medicaid patients due to survey results. Staff is poor quality from top down. Run from this place.

reviewed on: 12/07/2018 by KeyaI truly don't understand how people apply for jobs to take care of people and they really DON'T have a heart for it. Its really sad that the families that are affected are does not belong to the staff. I pray God either clean it up or shuts that facility DOWN. If you have a choice please invest in an in home care or a better facility than this one. signed a very concerned heartbroken daughter.
