We Are Going Through the Transition Phase
reviewed on: 06/29/2017 by AnonymousSo far good. The move in was okay and the transition is going okay. My loved one is settling in as best as they can. There were some issues but after talking with them they are working on fixing it.
My experience at The Wellington
reviewed on: 08/02/2021 by anonymousI chose The Wellington at the time because I was selling my home and wanted to stay in the same area that I am familiar with. I like my apartment a lot and think the size is good, I am in the large 1 bedroom. I think the food could use improvement, it is not particularly nutritious so I think a dietitian could help give them guidance on good quality food that is nutritious. I also think they could be better with communication to residents about what is going on. I think they could benefit from an introduction packet for new residents. The staff members here are great and I would recommend to others looking as long as the food improves.
Our tour experience
reviewed on: 11/01/2021 by anonymousOur family had an in person tour and out of the communities we looked at this one was just not quite as nice. There was nothing wrong with it per say, it just was not something that really blew us away.
A place you dont have to worry about your parent(s)!!
reviewed on: 02/08/2016 by BarbyThe hardest thing EVER is to put your parent into Assisted Living. We were SO blessed to find the Wellington! Every single person there, ever PCA, the front desk staff, the dining room staff is so very friendly and wonderful. I highly recommend them! Mom has been there since May 2015, and she is SO happy! Im so HAPPY! We are so blessed here.
Overall, very good. Minor issues with new apartment details, but effort and attitude still great.
