She has only been there for a couple of months, but from everything she has told me they do things very well. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to accommodate wherever they can, and the food there is really good also.

Any requests I've made to the housekeeping or maintenance services have been handled quickly. It's a nice looking, clean community and all of the staff have been very friendly and helpful.

reviewed on: 12/29/2014 by AnonymousThey do a really good job keeping me informed of how he is doing, and I know that he is happy there and is getting really good care at The Villages of Lonsdale. One area where they could improve would be the activities. They have some, but they need more and wider variety. He kind of needs to be kept busy, as do the other residents.

The guide was able to provide me with very knowledgeable details about the community. After seeing the location, we found that it is outside our proximity.

reviewed on: 08/02/2017 by AnonymousMy sister in law likes that this community is connected to the town library and she is able to go over anytime they are open. She has made friends and has started to participate in the trips out. The staff are fabulous and she likes the food. We are very pleased with the way things are going. We did not need to look any further once we found this community. I would recommend it.
