We're Moving In
reviewed on: 06/12/2013 by SharonTheir staff is really friendly and they go above and beyond. The employees try to know every residents first name and greet everyone that comes in. They have excellent food. Their cook comes out and greets all the residents and asked if there is anything special they would like to eat. We are so lucky we got my mom in to this community. We looked at a lot of other places and this one was just amazing. They play bingo and many other games to keep everyone entertained. Husband and I were talking about moving ourselves in!
Working out okay, but there are a few bumps in the road.
reviewed on: 04/14/2014 by Loved OneThere is no federal funding here, so if they run out of money then they will have to move, or we will have to pay. There were some mistakes with the medication management. She really liked the friendliness of the staff and residents. The first time we went the food was great. Since then there have been some complaints, I think they could use some help in the kitchen. One of the things they promoted was this nice walking path down by the creek, and it's a really steep horrible ramp, there are not steps or handrails to get down to the path.

reviewed on: 12/25/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerI have to commend the staffon the tour that I was given plus, they made sure that I was introduced to some of the people living there. But, this property was too small. At the time I visited all units were full including the "end of life" which I believe was 14 units. I was under the impression this property was directly on the creek...could see a scant view of it from the 4th floor. I also didn't like that it was located on such a busy street.

reviewed on: 12/28/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerThey really feel this option is a bit too high end for them, I'm still encouraging a visit, but I don't think they'll go for it.
