reviewed on: 08/29/2018 by AnonymousA wonderful environment, cleanliness and visual warmth is homelike and is top-notch. Staff members are amazing; generous and caring, always going above and beyond. Always giving of themselves for the good of the client. Activities and opportunities are fabulous, they exceed expectation. Every staff member I know - from admin, cooking, serving, cleaning, aides, maintenance, nursing and more - is invested in making The Willows a great place to live and visit. I really can't praise it enough. Top marks!
A nice place
reviewed on: 09/11/2017 by AnonymousDad had a good experience when he stayed here. He did not really like the food. The community is clean. We worked with Great Lakes nursing while he was in hospice and they worked well with the community. The caregivers at The Willows were friendly and helpful. I have no complaints.
