Everyone here was friendly

It's Not The Fanciest Place, But They Take Good Care Of The Residents
reviewed on: 12/10/2020 by AnonymousThe community is very good at taking care of the residents. They have low staff and lots of turnover, I'm not happy with that. Overall my loved one is very happy there. There are some concerns my loved one has; however, my loved one won't talk about them. I'm trying to communicate by phone or email with the community.
Home and Care
reviewed on: 01/04/2017 by AnonymousWe like the care that is given here. The community is very nice and clean. The meals are good. They do have activities for those who can participate. It is a home feeling and not a hospital. A comfortable atmosphere. I would recommend this for a good home feeling with outstanding care and value for a loved one.

reviewed on: 12/01/2014 by LesleyI just wanted to say Thank You for giving my mom such wonderful care. I've always appreciated it, but I really saw it during the last 2 weeks of her life. The interaction that was exchanged between the two of you was priceless. The warmth of the smiles, hugs, & love spoke multitudes. I'll never forget it & how you all showed your love. Thank You So Much!
Great one on one attention
reviewed on: 10/22/2013 by DaughterThere really wasn't anything to improve on, they were very good, very attentive. They had lots of different types of areas where mom could be; if she wanted to be with the group she could and if she wanted to be by herself and watch tv she could do that too. I felt that they were more attentive to those that needed one on one care. They had lots of different things for them to do, it's still a very large facility, but I felt more comfortable that if she wasn't participating in group activities she was still being supervised.
