Community Reviews
Supportive during a very difficult time.
reviewed on: 02/09/2017 by AnonymousMy husband was only here for five days before his passing. They sent a large flower arrangement to the funeral and the directer of the community even showed up to the funeral. They are very kind and supportive people. I'm thankful they were so understanding during this difficult time.
Clean and reasonable priced

Thanks staff at Prestigue.
reviewed on: 09/12/2019 by LauraBoth of my parents are living here together. The staff goes out of their way to make my parents comfortable. Trina, Cat, Nicole, Nicky, Elizabeth, Molly etc. Molly keeps the place clean and doesn’t have a odor like most senior homes. The ladies are kind to my mom who suffers from dimentia and take care of her when my dad needs to go out. The food is decent. So far they have been at Prestigue over a year and they seem happy.
Wonderful staff
reviewed on: 01/29/2020 by Mary HerrWhen the decision had to be made for my mother to be moved into a facility, it was hard, but the staff has been wonderful with her. From getting her to come to the dining room for meals, to getting her to participate and interact when she normally would not, to helping with everyday chores that she needs to be reminded of, each and everyone has made her transition a smooth one. She likes all the staff and has even made a friend or two with other residents. Prestige commons has made our stressful decision of getting more help for Mom an easier one.
Very nice, but......
reviewed on: 11/05/2014 by AnonymousThe facility is beautiful. The activity rooms are very nice. They have a lot of activities available for the residents. But my mother and I didn't realize the food isn't restaurant style and home cooked. Apparently the facility uses Gordon Food Services for their meals. Some meals are ok, but some aren't. A couple of times they have had no milk for breakfast and dinner. I think that's unacceptable. My mom has had some difficulty with the temperature in her small studio apartment. Most of the time it is very warm. There are no individual thermostats in the rooms. Just a warm and cold knob which doesn't seem to work very well. If it continues to be a problem for my mother I've told her to address it to the office. And hopefully they can do something about it.
