Community Reviews

Would recommend

reviewed on: 09/28/2021 by anonymous

We chose The Trace because of the size of the facility, it is not too big and not too small .We also really liked the staff members. The room sizes here are huge, they are double the size of anything else that we looked into. They have had a couple covid lock downs and they did a good job trying to manage that. I would recommend to others looking.

We toured here and I really liked it.

We toured here and I really liked it. It wasn't where mom wanted to be, so we had to compromise. But this was a really nice place.

Meals Can Improve

The one area I can think of that they can improve on is their meals. The meals often sound good but don't taste as good when we get it. Very clean and friendly place.

Friendly Staff, Friendly Residents

I would say they're about average, on par with what other assisted living facilities are like, based on what I hear from my friends. Our activities director accepted a different position within the company, so we're now without an activities director. But I think they have a good staff overall.

Not great but acceptable

I would tell others that I do think there is an issue with the quality and variety of the food menu, I have to bring her food from home a lot. The activities here seem to be limited, the only thing they really have to do is bingo so the residents get bored. I would say it is not a place for a very active senior. Overall, I would recommend this community. I think it is a reasonable value for what you pay and I know that she is safe and secure here.
