Wonderful Community
reviewed on: 04/10/2017 by AnonymousThis is a wonderful community, and my wife is doing very well with her move to this community. She is safe, and receiving great care. The staff is wonderful, they have been attentive, and helpful. The activities director is amazing, she is very upbeat. She is great at what she does. This a brand new community so everything is very well maintained. She is eating well, and has even put on some weight. I like the fact that the whole building is memory care. I'am paying less than the other community she was at. This is a wonderful, secure community, and I would highly recommend it.
Highest quality care and staff

When my mom passed they did everything the could to make that time easier on her and the family Large room sizes, the food is adequate but they have a variety. What was most important my mom felt well taken care of. The community was nice outside, and there is a courtyard for the residents to spend time outdoors. I definitely recommend this community.

Dolly was very responsive, thorough, and made herself available at any time to answer all of my tedious questions. Thank you to Dolly and the entire Northbrook Inn staff for helping guide us through this process during a particularly challenging time.
A new community
reviewed on: 06/13/2017 by AnonymousThe rooms at this community are not as nice as the entrance to this community. The staff I met seemed nice and they say they do encourage the residents to be social and not spend a lot of time in their rooms. They seem to offer a lot of nice amenities. I would recommend that if you look at this community you go at a meal time. Make sure to ask about the activities offered to see if they would be something your loved one might be interested in.

It is a nice facility for her, and her needs. We know she is safe, and in receiving good care. They staff is very good, and taking good care of her. Everything is working out well.
