reviewed on: 12/31/2015 by Diane Mueller WarrenSharon, my "A Place for Mom" rep, gave me 3 or 4 Personal Care Facilities to visit and suggested I narrow it down to 1 or 2 places before getting Mom (92) involved in the decision. That was great advice. My sisters and I and Mom all agreed on Coventry Place. The apartment is a spacious 3 rooms and we were able to take lots of Mom's own "things" to make her feel at home. The staff is so wonderful and Mom is loving the attention. Coventry Place is an older facility with low key activities that suit Mom so much better than a newer energetic facility would have been. The price is inclusive for all the issues we needed addressed for Mom. Several of the other facilities were plus this and plus that and Coventry Place is a better value. We appreciate Sharon's expert advice!

The food is okay not to bad. It is expensive but its what you get and think most facility are going to be a little on the high side. I don't have any complaints at the moment.

reviewed on: 06/19/2019 by DeeWhat a blessing. We visited Coventry Place Wed 6/21. Looking for a place for my dad. Great location. Right across the street from a major hospital. Nice grounds. I was very impressed by the appearance and cleanliness. This facility is well maintained. The staff was very professional and at the same time nice, warm and genuinely sincere people. We felt so relaxed and at ease and knew Coventry Place would be a great fit for our father. We were also pleasantly surprise with the demeanor of the residents. Each resident that we met inside and outside side were HAPPY. Totally unexpected. Didn't expect the residents to be neighborly, enjoying their home. We toured two other facilities the same day. Neither one came close to the warmth and amenities of Coventry. I have zero reservation about trusting Coventry's staff with the care of my father.
