reviewed on: 06/23/2020 by AnonymousThey have done a very impressive job keeping the residents safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. The staff does well with communication from management. The front desk staff could be a little more courteous, however. We are overall happy with the care.

reviewed on: 08/28/2017 by AnonymousI was not as impressed with the memory care area of this community as I was with the community we chose. The staff we met were nice and they seem to offer some nice amenities. I just didn't feel this community would work for my loved one.

reviewed on: 04/26/2021 by anonymousMy brother chose The Fountains because he interviewed some of the administrative staff and my mom is in the memory care unit. The care plus the value of the cost and the size of the facility were all of the main reasons that we picked it. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend to others looking.
Great Environment
reviewed on: 07/12/2016 by AnonymousMom is doing good and she loves it here! I think it is a great place, the grounds are great, good at keeping it clean and the rooms are great. My mom's room has a great window view of the shoreline and allows brightness. The food is great almost like restaurant quality. This community has a nice environment.

The staff is friendly, the food is good and there are many activities to keep her busy. The Fountains does a good job for the residents. My family feels good about her move.
