Visit to The Fountains
reviewed on: 04/06/2021 by William BLocation is beautiful at the Fountains and the price is reasonable considering what you are offering. I am very concerned about the elevator situation and the lack of availability to residents. Two persons allowed in a elevator at a time and one elevator not working is serious problem especially with the number of floors you have and many of the residents unable to do the stairs. The food is not just poor in many cases it is not eatable and people are buying food as a back-up. I question why there are only a few people using the dining room, when allowed, where the food is somewhat better. Possibly its because of elevator situation .These are not only health issue, but safety as well. When can we expect these items to be corrected. I am fully aware that you are operating at a disadvantage due to the pandemic.

They do a good job with the keeping the community well maintained, and neat. Everything has worked out very well for me since my move here. I would recommend this community, it is a very nice place.

She made friends while she was there. The community is beautiful and the staff were nice. They offer great food. The memory care area of this community was just a little more expensive than what we were looking for.
