Best place ti live out your twilight years, by far
reviewed on: 05/08/2018 by MicheleThe Residence at Timber Pines is beautiful, friendly staff and residents are happy. Everyone says they wish they would have moved in sooner. I couldn't agree more. They provide wonderful care and many opportunities to participate in activities and encourage involvement in the community giving a sense of purpose. I have not found a better place to live out your twilight years.
The Residence at Timber Pines review
reviewed on: 09/29/2021 by anonymousOur loved one is no longer at The Residence but I have to say they were fantastic. There was a lot of activities going on, and even though they had to follow the covid protocols and not let the residents out and about they made darn sure they were kept busy during the day. Even on the memory care side, they kept them so busy during the day, kept them active and interested which is huge so we really appreciated that. It is more expensive then other communities in the area, but our loved one received top notch care so it was completely worth it.
What A wonderful place
reviewed on: 06/19/2017 by AnonymousMy parents have lived here for the past year, my Dad in Independent Living and my Mom in Memory Care. Everything, from their apartments to the staff, has been great. Prior to their moving into The Residences, I worried about their quality of life in their home and the stress on my Dad in caring for my Mom. Since they've move, they've both done so well and are happy and flourishing. They receive the highest quality of care and I appreciate the way everyone has supported them, from the culinary staff to the excellent nursing staff to the compassionate and caring Executive Director. What a great place!!
This community is satisfactory
reviewed on: 03/16/2017 by AnonymousI am not sure if they have hired a new activities coordinator. They have a calendar of events, however I am not sure they are if they are following through on these. I do not like that they do not help dad walk during the day as he is not as active as before he moved in. They do not take the residents out to get fresh air during the day. He seems to like the food and the community is clean. The staff are very nice and seem competent.
Accommodating Staff
reviewed on: 06/04/2021 by AnonymousIt really depends on what your are looking for. It is the most expensive place in the county. It does have nicer facilities then their competitors. The staff are good, and accommodating with communicating with family members out of town.
