Wonderful Community
reviewed on: 03/17/2021 by AndrewAtria has been wonderful. The value for money is outstanding! The quality of the building is great and it is very clean. It looks like a modern day hotel. There has been a couple of times that none of my messages have been returned. I wish my messages would have been returned, instead of me having to call back multiple times to leave another message. They have been wonderful with updates with protocols regarding the pandemic. This is a regular email to keep the families updated.

reviewed on: 10/06/2015 by AnonymousIt's a little early. He really likes it and has a one bedroom apartment. He gets three meals a day and says the food is delicious. The caregivers are excellent and he really likes the place a lot so far.

reviewed on: 11/21/2014 by AnonymousOverall things have gone well with Atria at Lake Forest, although there are a few areas I think they could improve on. The staff are a very friendly and professional, and seem to do a great job looking out for the people who live here. However, I do wish they would be a bit more communicative when it comes to the day to day care my loved one is receiving. I also think they could stand to do housekeeping for the individual rooms more often, they currently only do it once a week.

All of the staff I've worked with have been friendly and professional, the facility is clean and well kept, and they seem to take great care of the residents. I'd give them high marks across the board!
