We liked the feel of it when we visited. We were here for a while, and they were pretty thorough in showing us around. They really seemed to understand where we were coming from both financially and care wise. They took the time to come out and make sure that this was a good match.

They often don't know who my grandmother is or what care she needs due to the turnover and phone calls are not returned in a timely manner The building is nice and the rooms are average size and it was clean.

Bayside Terrace appeared to look like it used to be an old hotel which they renovated. The amenities were just not there because of the existing space and use of it. The common areas were veyr limited in space compared to other properties we toured.

reviewed on: 09/19/2017 by AnonymousSo far the experience is going well for my mother with her move to this community. I do feel comfortable with her move here, she is in good hands. They have a very good staff, and they are taking good care of her. The community is nice, and clean when I visit. They provide good meals, and offer plenty of activities for the residents. I would highly recommend this community, it is working out well for us.
